Any Chapter nominating a COY should have this process done by Jan 31 and their District Directors notified of their candidate by Feb 15. All Districts in turn should have their selection for District COY made by April 30, and the Regional Director should be notified of their selection by May 15. All District COY’s will then be expected to take part in the Regional COY selection at our Regional Rally
